Adapted Tonic for Healthy + Vitality

As a growing business we are engaging many influencers and recipe developers who like to get creative with new products. One of our favorite influencers is Dr. Patti Kim, a naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist. She developed a delicious tonic recipe for us and we are sharing it with you today! 

 What you'll need for this gorgeous tonic is non dairy milk of choice warmed but not boiling hot. Dr. Kim enjoys making homemade cashew milk or purchasing sprouted organic almond milk or coconut milk. And you also need the following herbs:

  1. 1 tsp organic turmeric
  2. 1 tsp raw cacao
  3. 1 scoop your collagen powder of choice 
  4. 1 tsp cordyceps 
  5. 1 tsp ashwaganda 
  6. 1/2-1 tsp Organic Ceylon cinnamon 
  7. 1/2- 1 tsp ginger 
  8. Adapted fats packet

Blend the warmed milk, herbs and fat in a high powered blender until you create that beautiful foam. Then sip slowly and enjoy the moment!
