Adapted Tea Latte
Everyone has their morning drink of choice. Ours happens to be tea. So when first started our low carb high fat lifestyle we began experimenting with different recipes to make the perfect fat tea. That eventually led us down the rabbit hole of creating our own product because, well, we don't like dealing with so many jars!
This is a simple recipe for anyone who enjoys a warm delicious cup of tea in the morning.
- Your favorite tea (We really like earl grey)
- Your favorite reamer (We love nutpods)
- One packet of Adapted
- 12 oz hot water
Bring your water to a boil and then brew your tea. Because we are blending it with creamer and fat I like to double up on the tea bags for a little extra flavor. Once the tea is brewed pour it into a high speed blender, add an ounce of creamer and a packet of Adapted. Blend it, pour it into a mug and enjoy.
Sometimes I like to add a scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen into my tea so I can get that extra boost for healing my gut lining.
